At Rainbow Yoga, we want you to feel as vibrant as our training apparel. If your Level 1 Teacher Training gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
